In addition to this, your data will be provided to contract data processors (in particular IT and back office service providers, for example for sending out Christmas cards) tasked by us, provided that these require your data for performing their respective tasks. All contract data processors are contractually bound to treat your data confidentially, and to process it for the purpose of providing the service only.
How long will your data be stored and processed?
Your data will be saved within the itl Group for the entire duration of the business relationship (from initial contact via processing through to completing a contract) as well as beyond this period, in line with legal retention and documentation duties. These are based on the Austrian Commercial Code UGB, as well as other sources.
Furthermore, the legal limitation periods must be taken into account regarding the duration of storage, these are based, for example, on the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB).
